TERMS & CONDITIONS for ALL BOOKINGS
Reservation
Your provisional reservation will be held for 7 days. If we have not received your completed and signed booking form with the deposit within this period we regret that your reservation will be cancelled.
Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the full tariff is payable at the time of booking. The balance of the tariff is payable at least 4 weeks before the start date, plus a £60.00 damage deposit which will be returned within 14 days providing that the cottage is left undamaged, clean and tidy. If your holiday begins less than six weeks from the time of booking, the full tariff is payable on booking.
Cancellation
If you cancel, you will be liable for the total cost of the booking unless we can re-let to someone else.
Holiday insurance including cancellation fee cover is recommended. Bookings only become effective once we have written to you with confirmation.
Arrival and Departure
All holidays start and finish on Saturday (except by prior arrangement) Tenancy is from 2pm on day of arrival and terminated at 10am on day of departure.
Short Breaks and Parties
Please contact Sally Laird to discuss the availability of short breaks. 3 nights minimum.
Reduced tariffs for smaller parties are also negotiable.
Pets
Accepted by prior arrangement in Trevara only and carry an additional charge of £15 per week. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture or left unattended in the property.
Tenants' Obligations
The tenant agrees:-
1. To pay for any loss or damage to the property.
2. To take good care of the property and leave it clean and tidy at departure.
3. To allow reasonable access to a representative of the cottages.
The accommodation must not be sublet or exceed the number of people stipulated in the property description.
Liability
The hirer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenses, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to person or property which the applicant or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of any letting.
Governing Law
The contract embodied in the booking is governed by English law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Complaints
Every effort is taken to prepare the properties to a standard that our guests will enjoy their holidays. If a problem or cause for complaint does arise, please let us know immediately. Every effort will be taken to rectify the matter and assist you. It is frustrating for all parties if you write after your holiday to inform us of a problem that could have been solved had we known about it at the time.
Payment
any additional charges incurred by international transfers must be paid by the payee.
