Any bookings made through the online line booking system are provisional until confirmed by us and the deposit is received. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us.
The price of the accommodation includes the following:
Electricity, linen, towels, cleaning, hot water, central heating, but not beach towels.
Where applicable additional charges incurred by international transfers or credit card must be paid by payee.
Well-behaved pets are permitted by prior arrangement only and at the agreed additional cost per pet/per week.
We welcome children of all ages.
Cancellation and Insurance
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract. If you have to cancel your holiday we will require written confirmation from the lead member of the party by e-mail, post or fax. If you have taken out your own insurance then we will provide you with all the paperwork you need to be able to make a claim.
If you have paid a deposit but have opted not to take any insurance, we will endeavour to relet the property on your behalf, if successful you would no longer be liable for the balance of the holiday but 10% of the original booking fee. Please be aware that if we are not able to relet the dates the liability for the full balance of the holiday will be yours.
If you have paid in full for your holiday but have opted not to take any insurance, we will again try to relet the property on your behalf, on relet 10% of the original booking fee will be retained Please be aware that no refund can be made if the property is not relet.
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Your accommodation will be available to you from 2pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your cottage. The car must only be parked in the spaces allocated to the property.
During your stay you must allow reasonable access to the property by the owner or agent.
Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
Damages and Breakage Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents, and request that you report such incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of if you did not report before leaving.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, vehicles or possessions.
Every effort is taken to prepare the properties to a standard that our guests will enjoy. If a problem or cause for complaint does arise, please let us know immediately. Every endeavour will be made to rectify the matter and assist you. It is very frustrating for all parties if you write after your holiday to inform us of a problem that could have been solved had we known about it at the time.
The contract embodied in the booking is governed by English law, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers.
